Frequently Examined Questions
We use encrypted, Swiss-hosted video conferencing for all synchronous sessions. Your health data is stored strictly in accordance with GDPR and the new Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG).
While we are based in Aarau, Switzerland, we consult with clients globally. Please note that all sessions are conducted in English or German, and time zones must be coordinated during booking.
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations within the 48-hour window are subject to a 50% professional time fee.
All billing is processed through Stripe and is fully Swiss-tax compliant (VAT included where applicable). We currently do not process direct health insurance billing.
